Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the BharatSkills Foundation public website, enquiry experiences, and enrolment into training programs. By accessing the site you agree to these terms and any programme-specific agreement you sign at admission.
Eligibility and conduct
Users must provide accurate information. You agree not to interfere with site security, scrape content in ways that harm performance, upload malware, or impersonate staff, partners, or other learners.
Educational services
Course descriptions, schedules, fees, and certification rules may evolve to stay aligned with industry standards. We strive to communicate material changes in advance. Delivery formats (live, hybrid, recorded segments) depend on the selected program and operational capacity.
Fees and payments
Published fees are indicative until confirmed at enrolment. Taxes or third-party payment fees may apply. Failure to meet payment milestones can affect access to materials, mentor hours, or certification eligibility as detailed in your admission letter.
Intellectual property
Curriculum assets, slides, starter code, videos, and branding remain the property of BharatSkills Foundation or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal learning unless a commercial licence is explicitly granted in writing.
Certification
Certificates are issued when academic and attendance criteria are met. Misrepresentation of credentials or tampering with certificate identifiers may result in revocation and legal action where permitted.
Disclaimers
Training improves employability but does not guarantee any specific job, salary, or interview outcome. Examples in marketing materials are illustrative. The site is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, BharatSkills Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or training participation. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim when applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
